The Hotel De’ Capuleti selects food and raw materials from local producers, processed and worked by skilled hands in full respect of the environment and people. The breakfast pastries are prepared daily with organic flour at Km0 in our kitchen. The hotel also collaborates with Too Good To Go in order to reduce food waste.

The Inclusive Hotel project has been conceived by Best Western hoteliers and has been developed with the scientific support of L’abilità Onlus.
Our Hotel participates in this project: to best welcome guests, our staff has attended a training course held by experts from L’abilità Onlus. We have selected the ideal rooms, analyzed the common areas and prepared a Hotel Guide to consult in advance to learn about the structure and have indications for a more comfortable use of the spaces.
